The price per workshop is $10.99. Workshops will be offered ala carte and all the funds collected from your purchase will go directly to the instructor.

Look at the Workshop Levels Guide to see where you fit. This is what the instructors are gearing their workshops to teach. We advise bracketing your level and then considering workshops a level above or below the level where you feel you are the closest match.
Review the workshop schedules and descriptions in advance to prepare for registration.
Use the Registration Planning Worksheet to help you plan your workshops. Because class sizes are limited, have a backup plan. Some workshops will sell out quickly. There are over 400 great workshops, so if you’re willing to try something new, there will be no shortage of options.

Registration Planning Worksheet

Schedules are subject to change prior to registration opening. Please notify us if you notice a discrepancy. As always, be vigilant about checking your schedule before completing your registration to make sure you have not double-booked yourself or booked a workshop that you are unable to attend.

Tip: Don’t print the Workshop Descriptions. It’s a lot of pages. If printing the workshop grids, you can save ink and paper by selecting only the pages with instruments you are interested in.

NOTE:

It is YOUR responsibility to know what time-zone you are in.

Whether you are international or reside within a US state that does not observe daylight savings, it is your responsibility to understand whether or not you observe daylight time and how that impacts you and your time-zone. For example, British Summer Time is UTC + 1.

If a festival is taking place during US Standard time, assume the schedules are standard time. If the festival is taking place during US Daylight Savings time, assume the schedules are daylight savings time.

Need help staying organized?

Once you’ve registered, you’ll be able to expect all of your workshop invitations by Wednesday the week of the festival.

To stay organized, consider using the Personal Schedule Worksheet to keep track of things. You can keep a folder or binder containing a print-out of your order confirmation email, handouts, and this worksheet.
